DESIGN

The technical office uses CAD/CAM systems to design 2D and 3D models of the mould.

MagmaSoft technology and simulations check and optimize the filling of the mould, ensuring uniform cooling: the production process is safe from unexpected anomalies and defects. We work in close contact with the client companies’ technical staff.

FINISHING

A piece is not perfect if it isn’t finished: mechanical processes and finishes, simple or complex operations, carried out using numeric control machines or manually. Turning, threading, drilling, painting, and then polishing, buffing, sanding and barrelling, and pre-assembly.

Behind each technique are dedicated systems or specialized firms that work alongside our own. Each with his own part to play, each in the right order, a finely honed team to give the client a piece ready for assembly, without having to go from place to place, without wasting time or diminishing quality.
